When I started my business from scratch 11 years ago, I learned ONE important thing:
“Limited resources require creative solutions.”
Some of the best marketing IDEAS come from lack of resources, such as money, time, or a prospect database.
That’s exactly how I got my first SIX figures!
Here’s what happened…
I had a very small list, no connections, no name, and very little experience in my niche. So I asked myself, how could I get everyone’s attention? How could I increase my credibility AND my income at the same time?
I needed an idea that would appeal to both, prospects and movers-n-shakers who would be excited to spread the word.
Then one day I FINALLY got it!
Within a few weeks I started an online association for my target clients, and began inviting top industry experts to be featured on my web site. All of a sudden, credibility was no longer an issue. Everyone wanted to be part of it! A year later I held a telesummit through the association, my list size doubled, and I hit 6 figures for the first time in my business!
All of this happened because I had no money and no list, and had to come up with something DIFFERENT!
