			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The most difficult part about selling coaching services is the lack of perceived tangible results.  This is especially true for life coaches, who frequently focus on things other than the bottom-line increase.  And when people can&#8217;t see a tangible result at the end of the process, it&#8217;s a lot harder to convince them to buy.</p>
<p>Some coaches found a way to increase the level of tangibility by offering e-books, books, booklets, audios, manuals and other physical products.  While these are all great items to use as bonuses, they may take a while to create.</p>
<p>If you would like to add a tangible value to your coaching program, but don&#8217;t want to spend weeks or months creating it, consider including a self-assessment to go with the coaching program.  Assessments are fun and will provide invaluable insights for your clients.</p>
<p>While it&#8217;s certainly possible to license the use of existing assessments, you can custom develop your own to immediately increase the value of your services. Begin by listing all the skills and competencies your clients must possess by the end of the coaching process.  Also, list all the activities and actions they must take to achieve maximum results with your program.</p>
<p>Then, create a detailed scoring key, explaining what their score means.  The longer the assessment, the more detailed the scoring key should be.</p>
<p>When you are done, format your assessment into a Word or PDF document so your clients can instantly download and print it out!</p>

<p>&#8220;<em><strong>Limited resources require creative solutions.</strong></em>&#8221;</p>
<p>Some of the best marketing IDEAS come from lack of resources, such as money, time, or a prospect database.</p>
<p>That&#8217;s exactly how I got my first SIX figures!</p>
<p>Here&#8217;s what happened&#8230;</p>
<p>I had a very small list, no connections, no name, and very little experience in my niche. So I asked myself, how could I get everyone&#8217;s attention? How could I increase my credibility AND my income at the same time?</p>
<p>I needed an idea that would appeal to both, prospects and movers-n-shakers who would be excited to spread the word.</p>
<p>Then one day I FINALLY got it!</p>
<p>Within a few weeks I started an online association for my target clients, and began inviting top industry experts to be featured on my web site. All of a sudden, credibility was no longer an issue. Everyone wanted to be part of it! A year later I held a telesummit through the association, my list size doubled, and I hit 6 figures for the first time in my business!</p>
<p>All of this happened because I had no money and no list, and had to come up with something DIFFERENT!</p>

<p>Are you still giving away complimentary sessions to prospects?</p>
<p>Do you find this activity to be too time-consuming, and not productive enough?  Then maybe it is time to find a new way to attract clients.</p>
<p>There is something you can offer to prospects that is both, highly valuable and doesn&#8217;t require weeks or months to create.  Something they just can&#8217;t refuse, and will tell everyone they know about it!</p>
<p>I am talking about a free assessment, custom developed by you!  Assessments are a great way to get prospects interested in your services, while saving you a lot of time and frustration.  Even if you want to continue offering complimentary sessions, you will now be able to carefully screen each prospect before taking the call.<br />

<p>You can use your current intake forms and questionnaires to create your own assessments to use for attracting new clients, screening prospects, testing existing clients, and simplifying the way your business operates.</p>
<p>This tool has been specifically developed for coaches who want to spend less time looking for prospects, and more time working with clients.  There are many different types of assessments you can create with this tool.</p>
<p>You can create assessments that give one score for the entire assessment, or a “type” based or “category” type assessment that scores based on specific types, for instance, personality types.</p>
